홈 뷰티기기 전문업체 레지에나가 집속 초음파 기반의 미용기기 '영앤비'를 홍콩 시장에 론칭한다고 14일 밝혔다. 이를 위해 최근 홍콩 배우 '리뤄이'(여낙의)를 모델로 발탁했다.
'영앤비'는 고가의 피부과 시술을 가정에서 쉽고 편하게 받을 수 있게 소형화한 가정용 미용기기다. 피부과에서 쓰는 집속 초음파 기기는 카트리지를 교환해가며 초음파 깊이를 조절해야 하는데 반해 영앤비는 1.5mm·3.0mm의 집속 초음파 깊이가 동시에 가능한 올인원으로 개발했다. 카트리지 교체의 불편을 없애 편리성을 높인 게 특징이다.
회사는 홍콩 시장 현지화를 준비하면서 홍콩 배우 '리뤄이'와 화보 및 홍보 영상 촬영을 진행했다. 정식 판매는 9월 중 시작된다. 회사는 코로나로 인해 피부과 방문을 꺼리는 해외 소비자들을 겨냥해 앞으로 판로를 확대해 나간다는 계획이다.
